Amazingly the time is upon us when we start the wheels in motion (excuse the pun) for the 2010 Charity Motor Show & Family Fun Day, which is being held on the 8th August 2010, and we would therefore like to extend an invitation to you to once again join us on the above date.

Planning is now well underway for the event, which, as before, will be held at the Norwich Rugby Club Ground between 10am & 5pm. We will again be supporting the East Anglian Air Ambulance as one of our two charities, the other this time being Help for Heroes.

The basic format of the show will be as in previous years, ( New Cars & Motor Cycles, Classic Cars & Motorcycles, Trikes, Trade, Craft and Charity stalls Children’s amusements )with the same security arrangements in place, enabling the setting up and removal of stands and vehicles to be carried out on Saturday and Monday respectively.

We are pleased to be able to maintain the pitch fees at the same level and feedback following this year’s show does indicate there will be a strong demand for spaces so an early response is recommended. Please complete the attached entry slip, indicating the number of pitches required and return it to me together with a deposit of £50 for each pitch as soon as conveniently possible.

Pitches for motor dealers are 40ftx40ft and cost £200 each with additional pitches at £100. Other trade pitches are available in smaller sizes, details and prices can be found on the booking form which can be found under downloads. If you are interested in joining us please complete the booking form and forward it to the address shown together with appropriate deposit. Balance monies will be due one month prior to the show date.
If you wish to to attend the show under the Classic Car/Motorcycle/Trike section or Craft, Charity or Children’s Amusements, please contact us by email or phone to find out prices and pitch sizes. Final details & arrangements will be sent out nearer to the time of the event

Admission prices will remain at £2.50 for adults, with children and parking free and the main  attraction for 2010 will be based on sci fi theme including “Doctor Who” and “Star Wars” with various characters from the programme /films. As usual a full advertising programme will be run and in addition we propose erecting large boards on the main routes into Norwich, similar to those for the Royal Norfolk Show.

The 2009 show was again a great success with almost £9,500 raised for charity. This takes the total for the first two shows just short of £20,000 and we hope, with your help, to continue this success.
