The Premier Charity Event in Norfolk

The show is organised annually by Wroxham & Hoveton Lions Club, on a non-profit making basis with all proceeds being distributed equally between the East Anglian Air Ambulance and one other deserving cause, which changes each year. Our other chosen charity for 2013 will be SSAFA

Since its inception in 2008 the event has raised approximately £46,000 for charity.

One of the criteria when planning the first show was to make it an enjoyable experience for all the family and therefore in addition to new vehicles from many of the local car and motorcycle dealerships, past attractions have included the original Chitty Chitty Bang Bang car, Little Nellie and cars from James Bond as well as Daleks and characters from Star Wars.

Regular features include a large number and variety of classic cars and motorcycles, craft and charity stalls, trade stands, live music, Police and Fire vehicles, children’s rides and amusements, competitions, live auction and grand prize draw raffle. A variety of food is available from caterers throughout the event from traditional burgers and hot dogs to hog roast to crepes with much in between.

Due to it's ever increasing popularity the event is again taking place over 2 days in 2013. and because of this we are moving our venue to The Norfolk Showground on the 10/11th August and we aim to make this one the best so far with more attractions and car dealers so continue to watch this web site for further details.

This year we have some new attractions as well as some of our old favourites including the Daleks and Dr Who as well as Darth Vader, these have prooved so popular over previous years .

STOP PRESS: She is coming home, This years star attraction has been confirmed as CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG.

So why not come along to Norfolk's premier Motor   Show, and see the fantasmagorical Chitty and and   have your photo taken with one of the most Iconic cars to have appeared on the Silver Screen
